Mutton 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped & Fried)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Korma Essence 1/4 tsp
Water 2 Cups
Korma Masala 2 tbsp


Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and heat it and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Mutton and stir it for 5 minutes on high flame.

Step 2: After that add salt and stir it and then add 2 cups water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 1 minute on high flame and then use low flame and cook it for 30 minutes.

Step 3: After that remove lid and add Korma Masala and stir it and use medium flame and stir it well. After that add Yogurt and stir it well and then add fried Onion and stir it and then cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Step 4: After that remove the lid and stir it and add chopped Ginger and add Korma Essence and turn off the flame and cover it and leave it for 1 minute. After 1 minute remove the lid and dish out the mutton korma. Your Mutton Korma is Ready.

Korma Masala Ingredients:

Black Cardamom 3
Green Cardamom 7
Black Pepper 12
Cloves 7
Cinnamon 3
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika (Kashmiri Paprika) 1 tbps
Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp
Mace Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbps
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Fennel Seed 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf Indian 2
Green Cardamom 7
Black Pepper 10
Cloves 7
