Mutton Rogan Josh

Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Fennel Seed Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala:
Bay Leaf 1
Cinnamon 2
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 4
Cloves 4

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Oil and add Onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color and then add Garam Masala and stir it well and add Mutton and stir it and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and fry it for 5 minutes on high to medium flame and then add 4 glass water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 1 hour on medium to low flame.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Fennel Seed Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder and mix them well, and after 1 hour remove the lid and put this Yogurt and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for further 20 minutes on medium flame. After that Remove the lid and stir it and turn off the flame and your mutton rogan josh is ready.
