Mutton White Korma

Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 4
Almond 15
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 Cup
Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
Korma Essence 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala:
Bay Leaf 2
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 4
Cloves 6
Cumin 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly fry it and then add mutton and stir it on high flame for 3 minutes and then add water 4 glass and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and then use medium to low flame and cook for 1 hour.

Step 2: Take a pan/pot and add Almond, Poppy Seeds, Garam Masala and stir it and roasted them on medium flame for 2 minutes and turn off the flame and take a grinder jar and put it and grind it well. Your Dry Spice powder is ready.

Step 3: Now take a pot and add 4 tbsp oil and add onion and slightly fry it on medium flame and then add green chilli and stir it well for 1 minute and then turn off the flame and take a grinder jar and put it and add yogurt and grind it well. Now take a bowl and put this paste and add milk and add Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Salt and mix it well and then add Dry Spice powder from step 2 and mix it well. Your White Korma Masala Paste is Ready.

Step 4: After 1 hour your mutton is ready now remove the lid and stir it well and add White Korma Masala Paste from step 3 and mix it well and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 5: After that remove the lid and stir it and add Fresh Cream and stir it well and turn off the flame and add Korma Essence and stir it well. Your Mutton White Korma is Ready. Enjoy it.
