Naan Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Chutney Ingredients:

Tamarind 1/2 Cup (Soaked in Water)
Green Coriander 1/2 Bunch
Green Chili 2
Dried Apricot 10 (Soaked in Water)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves as you required
White Radish as you required

Pakora Batter Ingredients:

Gram Flour 2 Cups
Water as you required
Salt 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Potato 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)

Naan Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: After that make balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and spread water on the back side of the naan and put on preheat tawa and cook it on medium flame for 1 minute and then turn the tawa and rotate it and cook it well until it become into naan shape. Follow this method and make all naans.

Pakora Naan Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Gram Flour, Salt, Ajwain, Red Chili Powder, Chili Flakes, Cumin Powder, Coriander Seeds and mix it well and then add Potato, Green Coriander, Onion, Pomegranate Seeds, Green Chili and mix it well and add Water as you required and mix it well and add Baking Soda and again mix it well. Now your pakora batter is ready.

Step 2: Now take a karahi and add oil and preheat it well. Now take a naan and spread pakora batter on both sides and then deep fry it into oil until it become into golden brown color. After that your naan pakora is ready. Follow this method and make all pakora naans.

Chutney Direction:

Step 1: Take a grinder jar and add Dried Apricot with water and grind it well and then put into a bowl and then again take grinder jar and add Green Coriander, Green Chili and grind it well and then put into a bowl. Now make Tamarind pulp and put into a bowl.

Step 2: Now take a sauce pan and put Dried Apricot paste, Green Coriander and Green Chili paste, Tamarind pulp, Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder and add 1/4 cup water and mix it well and now cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that turn off the flame and your Chutney is ready. You can Serve it with Mint Leaves, White Radish.
