Open Cheese Burger

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese Grated
Mozzarella Cheese Grated
Oregano as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.

Step 2: Now make balls of the dough and place on a pan and then cover with lid and rest it for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3: Now Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to low flame. Turn the buns after 15 minutes and cook them for 5 minutes for upper portion color. For Oven User Preheat your oven for 20 minutes and then bake for 15 minutes on 200c. After that your Buns are ready.

Step 4: Take a pan and add oil and then add ginger garlic paste and slightly fry it and then add Chicken Mince and stir it on medium flame until it become into white color. After that add Salt, Cumin Powder, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Powder and stir it well and then add Tomato and stir it well and then add 1/2 Cup water and stir it and then cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Step 5: Now remove the lid and add Onion and stir it well and then add Green Chilli Paste and stir it well and then add Green Chilli Paste and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame. Your Stuffing is Ready.

Step 6: Now cut the buns upper portion and then fill/topping chicken stuffing from step 4,5 and then place Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese and sprinkle Oregano, Chilli Flakes and melt their cheese in microwave for 2 minutes or grill them for 5 minutes. After that your Open Cheeseburgers are Ready.
