Sponge Cake Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1/2 Cup or 70 gms
Powder Sugar 8 tbsp or 80 gms
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Oreo Biscuits 4 (Crushed)
Butter/Oil 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Cake Topping Ingredients:
Whipped Cream 200 gms
Oreo Biscuits 8 (Crushed)
Oreo Biscuits 12 for Decoration
Direction For Sponge Cake:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder, Oreo Biscuits Crushed, Baking Powder and mix it well. Your Dry Batter is ready.
Step 2: Now take 2 bowls and crack the eggs and place egg white and Yolk separately. After that beat egg white for 2 minutes and then add Powder Sugar gradually and beat it for 1 minute. After that beat Yolk slightly and then add into egg white bowl and slightly beat them together and then add dry batter (from step 1) and slightly beat it and then add milk, Vanilla Essence, oil and fold them. Your Cake batter is ready. Now take a cake mould and grease with oil and place butter paper on it and put all cake batter and bake it into preheat pot/patila for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.
Without Oven: Pot/Patila Preheat for 15 minutes on medium flame and bake for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.
With Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 180c and bake for 15 minutes on 180c.
Step 3: When Cake sponge become into room temperature then start frosting procedure. Add crushed Oreo Biscuits into the whipped cream and mix it well and then spread all over the cake and then make flower on the cake for decorating and then place Oreo biscuits on them and also place edges of the cake. Your Oreo Cake is Ready.
