Peanut Chikki Recipe Moongphali gur ki Chikki Peanut Jaggery Bar by Kitchen With Amna
- Jaggery 250 gm or 1+1/4 Cups
- Peanut 200gm or 1+1/2 Cups
- Ghee/Butter 1 tbsp
- Take a pot and add ghee/butter and add Jaggery and dissolves it on low flame. (Approx 5 minutes on low flame) After this cook and stir it on low flame until the Jaggery become into a form (Approx 3 to 4 minutes on low flame) For this test, take a bowl which filled with water and add a drop of jaggery and check it consistency. if jaggery drop become a solid form so it cooked perfectly. if not then cook it for some more time and check again until it become a solid form. when a drop of jaggery become solid in water then add Peanut and mix it well and off the flame and take a tray and grease it with oil and put this batter on it and set it and cut it into desire shape and rest it until it come in room temperature.
