Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Water as You Required
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Wheat Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add oil and mix it well and then knead regular dough with water. After that rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Now make ball and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and then press it and rolling it. After that spread 1 tsp oil on it and then cut it in the center and make a cone and then press it and make ball and press it and rest it for 5 minutes on room temperature.
Step 3: After that rolling this and put on the tawa/pan and spread ghee on it and cook it on high flame. (Your tawa/pan should be preheated) and turn it and cook one side and then spread ghee on second side and when one side cooked then turn the paratha and cook second side and when paratha cooked from both side so it’s ready.
Step 4: Now make half fry egg for this take a preheated tawa/pan and add 1 tsp ghee and Crack the egg and put on tawa and fry from one side and turn off flame. Your Egg Paratha is ready.
