Paratha Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as you required
Chicken Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce 2 tbsp
Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Shangrila vinegar 1 tsp
Other Ingrdients:
Mayonnaise
Salad Leaf
Peri Peri Sauce
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well and then knead it with Water as you required and rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Shangrila vinegar, Shangrila Soy Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Paprika Powder, Garlic Powder, Oil, Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce and mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 3: Now take a pan and put this chicken and stir it on medium flame until it’s color changed and then cook it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that add Tomato, Onion, Capsicum and stir it well on high flame for 2 minutes and turn off the flame. Your Chicken is ready.
Step 4: Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and then spread oil and then sprinkle some dry flour and half cut it from center and make a roll and press it and make ball again. Take a ball and rolling it and put it on preheated tawa/pan and cook it and sprinkle oil and cook from both sides until it’s become into golden color. Follow this and make all parathas.
Step 5: Now take a paratha and spread mayonnaise and peri peri sauce and place salad leaf and chicken and then roll it. Your Peri Peri Roll is Ready. Follow this and make all Peri Peri Rolls.
