Peshawari Chicken Karahi Recipe. How to make Chicken Karahi by Kitchen With Amna

Ingredients:

Chicken 1 Kg
Tomato 6 (Chopped)
Ghee/Oil 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 6 (Chopped)
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add ghee/oil and heat it and then add Chicken and fry it on high flame with stir for 5 minutes. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste, salt and stir it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder and stir it and then add Tomato and cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and use high flame here and add Black Pepper Powder, Green Chillis and stir it for 1 minute on high flame and then add Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala Powder and stir it for 1 minute on high flame and then add Ginger, Green Coriander and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After that your peshawari chicken karahi is ready.
