Eid Special Dessert Recipe. Delicious Phirni Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Rice Flour 4 tbsp
Sugar 2/3 Cup
Milk 1 Litre
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Almond 1+1/2 tbsp (Chopped)
Step 1: Take a pot and add milk and boiled it and then add Rice Flour gradually with stir and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with continually stir.
Step 2: After that add sugar and add Green Cardamom Powder and stir it for 2 minutes on medium to low flame or until sugar melted properly.
Step 3: After that add Chopped Almond, Pistachio and stir it and turn off the flame and dish out it and garnish with Chopped Almond and Pistachio. Your phirni is ready.
