Corn Flour 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 1 and 1/2 Cup
Cold Water as you required
Milk 1 Glass
Basil Seeds as you required (Soaked)
Falooda Sev as you required
Green Jelly as you required
Pistachio as you required
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Sharbat 1 tbsp
Step 1: Take a sauce pan and add Corn Flour, Sugar and Water 1 and 1/2 Cup and mix it well and then turn on the flame and stir it on medium flame until it become into thick paste. After that put it into sev maker and take a Cold Water bowl and rotating the sev maker and put into the cold water and make falooda sev, rest it for 5 minutes into cold water. After that your Falooda Sev are Ready.
Step 2: Take a 1 Glass Milk and add Green Sharbat, Green Cardamom Powder and mix it well.
Step 3: Now take cup/glass for making falooda. Put Green Jelly and then put Basil Seeds, Falooda Sev, Pistachio and then again put Green Jelly and then put Basil Seeds, Falooda Sev, Pistachio and then add milk from step 2 and then serve with 1 pista ice cream scoop and Green Jelly and sprinkle Pistachio. Your Pista Falooda is Ready.
