Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Cup (Cubes)
Pizza Sauce as you required
Mozzarella Cheese (Cubes)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic 2 Cloves (Crushed)
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp (Melted)
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise.
Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and preheat it and then add chicken and stir it and fry it until it’s color changed (It may takes 2 minutes) After that add Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame and then use high flame and stir it for 1 minute and your chicken is ready.
Step 3: Now remove cover from the dough and make small balls and then take a ball and spread oil on slab and press it and then spread pizza sauce and then place chicken cubes and then place Mozzarella Cheese cube and Capsicum and fold it and make a ball. Use this method for all pizza bombs.
Step 4: Now take a pan and grease with oil and place all bombs and cover with lid and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame. After that your Pizza Bombs is Ready.
Oven User: Preheat oven for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c.
