Ingredients:
Potatoes 1 KG
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Cut the Potatoes into long slices and then take a pot and add water as you required and put the all potatoes slices and boiled them for 5 minutes on high flame. After that strainer the potatoes slice and rest it until they become into room temperature.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Chili Flakes, Paprika Powder, Oregano, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder and mix it well and add water as you required and make a thin paste.
Step 3: Now coat the each potato slice with this paste and place individually on a tray. Follow this and coat all potatoes slices individually and then rest them into freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 4: After that deep fry them into preheated oil until they become into golden brown color. Follow this and make all potatoes. Now your Potato Wedges are ready.
