Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Ghee 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as you required
Stuffing Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Cup
Potatoes 2 (Boiled)
Onion Small 1 (Chopped)
Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Oil 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add Ghee and mix it well and then add Water and knead it well and cover it and rest it for 30 minutes on room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Chicken Mince and stir it well on medium flame until it becomes into white color and then add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt and stir it well and add 1/2 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and stir it well and add Onion, Potatoes, Green Chili, Green Coriander and mashed it well and turn off the flame. Your Samosa Stuffing is ready.
Step 4: Now rolling the dough and cut it into circle shape and place stuffing and fold it into potli shape/style (Watch Video for Proper Understanding) Follow this and make all potli samosas. After that deep fry them until they become into golden color. Your Potli Chicken Samosas are ready.
