Qeema Naan

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Filling Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 5 (Chopped)
Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp (Crushed)
Ginger 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Pomogranate Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp


Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.

Step 2: Take a pot and add oil and then add Garlic, Ginger and stir it well and then add Cumin and stir it well and slightly fry them and then add Beef Mince and stir it well on medium flame for 3 minutes and then add Chilli Flakes, Salt, Coriander Seeds and stir it well and then add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and stir it well and add Pomogranate Seeds Powder, Onion and stir it well and then add Green Coriander, Green Chilli and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on low flame. After that remove the lid and add Garam Masala Powder and stir it well and turn off the flame. Your Keema filling is ready.

Step 4: Now remove the cover from the dough and then make 4 dough balls and then take a ball and rolling it and place mince filling from step 2,3 and fold it and rolling it and make naan and then spread milk and sesame and then fork it and spread milk on the back side of the naan and then put on the preheated tawa. Your flame shoud be medium to low after 1 to 2 minutes turn and rotate the tawa and use high flame, cook it until it’s become into golden color from all sides. Watch Video for proper understanding.

Step 5: After that brush the naan with butter/desi ghee and enjoy it. Follow this method and make all keema naans.
