Milk 1 Litre (For Rabri)
Milk 1 Litre (For Kheer)
Khoya/Mawa 1/2 Cup
Rice 1/4 Cup (Soaked)
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Pistachios 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Kewra Essence 1/4 tsp
Step 1: (Preparation of Rabri) Take a pot and add 1 litre milk and boiled it and then cook it on medium to low flame for 20 to 25 minutes (separate the malai of the milk after each boil. Watch Recipe Video for proper understanding) After that your rabri is ready. Now rest it until it become into room temperature.
Step 2: (Preparation of Kheer) Take a pot and add 1 litre milk and boiled it and then add Soaked Rice and stir it and cook it for 30 minutes on medium to low flame. After that mashed the rice into milk and then add Green Cardamom Powder and stir it and then add Almond, Pistachios and stir it and add Sugar and stir it again and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame with stir. After that add Khoya/Mawa and stir it and turn off the flame and then add Kewra Essence and stir it. Your Kheer is ready.
Step 3: Now go for rabri and collect all rabri from pot edges and then stir it and then put it into kheer pot and mix it with kheer (Kheer should not be too hot at this time). Your Rabri Kheer is Ready. Now serve it with almond and Pistachios.
