Rabri Ingredients:
Milk 1 Litre
Condensed Milk 1 Cup
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Kewra Essence Some Drops
Custard Ingredients:
Milk 1 Litre
Custard Powder 2 tbsp (vanilla custard)
Sugar 1 Cup
Trifle Ingredients:
Cocktail 1 Tin
Fruit/Tea Cake as you required
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Banana Jelly as you required
Strawberry Jelly as you required
Direction for Rabri:
Take a pot and add Milk and boiled it and then add Condensed Milk and stir it and mix it well and then add Almond, Pistachio, Green Cardamom Powder and stir it and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that take a bowl and add Corn Flour, Milk 2 tbsp and mix it well and add it and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that your Rabri is ready. Chilled it for 2 hours into refrigerator.
Direction for Custard:
Take a pot and add Milk and boiled it and then add sugar and stir it and mix it well and then take a bowl and add Custard Powder and add milk 2 tbsp and mix it well and add it and mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that your Custard is ready.
