Fish Tikka Ingredients:

Red Snapper Fillet Fish 1/2 Kg
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Charcoal 1
Oil 1 tbsp

Chutney Ingredients

Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1/2 Bunch
Salt 1 Pinch
Garlic 1 Clove
Mint Leaves 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 4

Fish Tikka Direction:

Step 1: Take a blender jar and add Lemon Juice, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Ajwain, Kasuri Methi, Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Cloves, oil 1 tsp, water 1 tbsp and blend it well. Now your Masala Paste is Ready.

Step 2: Now take a large bowl and put Red Snapper Fillet Fish and then put masala paste from step 1 and mix it well and marinate it for 1/2 Hour.

Step 3: After that take wood sticks and put this fish cubes and cook it on pan/tawa/grill pan. For this take a pan/tawa and grease with remaining 1 tsp oil and then preheat it. After preheat place all sticks and cook it for 5 minutes each side (Total 10 minutes) on medium to low flame. After that your Fish Tikka is Ready.

Chutney Direction:

Take a blender jar and add Tomato, Green Coriander, Garlic, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli and blend it well. Now put it into a bowl and then add salt and mix it. Your Chutney is Ready.
