Reshmi Biryani

Biryani Gravy Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 Kg
Potato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Kachri Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup

Biryani Rice Ingredients:

Boiled Rice 1/2 Kg (Add: 2 tbsp Garam Masala, 2 tbsp Salt)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Yellow Food Color 1/4 tsp
Tomato 1 (Cut into Slices)
Milk 1/4 Cup
Kewra Essence 1 tsp


Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken, Kachri Powder, Salt, Yogurt and mix it well and leave it.

Step 2: Take a pot and add 1/4 Cup oil and fry the potato until it become into light golden color and then dish out it. After that add remaining 1/4 Cup oil and add onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add chicken from step 1 and then stir it and add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder and stir it well and add 1/2 cup water and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After that remove lid and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and then use very low flame and add boiled rice (Half) and then place fried potato from step 2 and then place Tomato slices and then sprinkle Chopped Green Chilli and then again place boiled rice (remaining) and then add milk and sprinkle Yellow Food Color and Kewra Essence and cover with lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on very low flame.

After that your Reshmi Biryani is Ready. Enjoy it.
