Rice Flour Laddu Recipe Chawal Ke Laddu by Kitchen With Amna

Ingredients:

  • Rice Flour 400 gms (3 Cups+1 tbsp)
  • Jaggery 200 gm (1 Cup)
  • Water 1/2 Cup
  • Peanut 50 gm (1/2 Cup)
  • Coconut 40 gm (1/2 Cup)
  • Desi Ghee 1/4 Cup
  • Fennel 1 tbsp

Direction/Method:

  1. Step 1: First Add Desi Ghee into a pan and melt it. Now add Rice Flour and Cook it until his color changed. (Use medium Flame) (Approx for 10 minutes)
  2. Step 2: Now Prepread Jaggery Syrup. Take a Souce Pan add Jaggery and 1/2 Cup Water and cook it until melted. Syrup Should not too thick. (Use Medium to High Flame)
  3. Step 3: Now add Fennel, Peanut, Coconut into Jaggery Syrup (Which is prepared Previous Step) and Now add this mixture into Rice Flour mix it well. Now read is your Rice Flour Laddu.

  • Chawal ka atta 400 gms (3 Cups+1 tbsp)
  • Gur 200 gm (1 Cup)
  • Pani 1/2 Cup
  • Mung Phali 50 gm (1/2 Cup)
  • Nariyal 40 gm (1/2 Cup)
  • Desi Ghee 1/4 Cup
  • Sounf 1 tbsp

Direction/Method:

  1. Sab se pehle ek bartan main desi ghee dal ke us ko garam kar ke us main chawal ka atta dal ke us ko pakaye gye jab tak us ka rang thora sa badal na jaye (ap is ko 10 minutes ke liye darmyani anch per pakye).
  2. Ab hum gur ka Sheera/chashni banye gye us ke liye ek bartan main gur our 1/2 cup pani dal ke us ko thora sa pakaye gye darmyani anch per. itna pakana hai ke shera tar na banye patla ho.
  3. Ab hum us Sheera/chashni main Sounf, mung phali, nariyal dal ke us ko mix kar ke is sare ko chawal ke atta main dal ke mila ke achi tarha se pher is ke laddu bana lye ke. Le jiye tyar hain ap ke Chawal ke Laddu.
