Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as You Required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour and salt and mix it well and then add 1 tbsp oil and mix it well into the flour with hands and then knead a soft dough with warm milk (Knead it for 2 minutes) and then add remaining 1 tbsp oil and further knead it for 2 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 1/2 hour.

Step 2: After 1/2 Hour remove cover and make small or medim size dough balls and then take a ball and press it into the dry flour and press it with hand and then dust on the kitchen slab and rolling this and make a thin bread and then put it on rumali roti tawa or use inverse site of the karahi and cook it from both sites and press with rumal. After that your rumali roti is ready.

Note:

  1. In case of using Karahi. Take a glass of water and add 1 tbsp salt and mix it well and sprinkle it before place the roti on karahi.
  2. In Case of Using Rumali Tawa spread oil with rumal.
