Boneless Chicken 250gms
Boiled Potato 1 (Large Size)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 (Chopped)
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Coating Ingredients:

Thin Vermicelli
Eggs 2
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp


Step 1: Take a pan and use medium flame and put chicken, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and water 1 glass and mix it well and then cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that turn off the flame and rest it until it become into normal temperature. After that mashed it with hands and then add Boiled Potato and mashed it with hands and then add Capsicum, Green Chilli, Carrot, Cabbage and mix it well. Now make kababs/cutlets with this batter.

Step 3: Now take a bowl and add 2 eggs and add Black Pepper Powder, Salt and whisk it well. Now take a kabab/cutlet and dip into egg and then Coating with Vermicelli. Follow this and coat all kababs/cutles. After that deep fry them until it become into golden brown color. Now your Russian kabab are ready.
