Kabab Ingredients:

Medium Size Onion 4 (Chopped)
Oil 1 Cup
Chicken Mince 500 gms
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Fried Onion 1/2
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp

Pulao Ingredients:

Rice 1/2 Kg (Soaked)
Chicken Stock 2 Glass
Water 2 Glass
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Fried Onion 1/2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Green Cardamom 4
Cloves 4
Black Pepper 10
Black Cardamom 1
Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf 1Cinnamon 2
Cumin 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and add chopped Onion and fry it (Golden Brown) and then strain it and divide it into 2 parts one for kabab and 2nd for pulao rice. (Remaining Oil will be use for pulao rice)

Step 2: Now take a chopper and add Chicken Mince and chopped it and then add Salt, Cumin Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder, Seekh Kabab Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli, Fried Onion 1/2 and chopped it again. Now make kabab shape with this batter.

Step 3: Now take a pan and put all kabab and steam it for 10 minutes. (5 minutes each side). After that your Kabab is Ready.

Step 4: Now go for pulao. Take a pot and add oil 1/2 Cup and add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry it on medium flame and then add Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg & Mace Powder, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cumin, Fried Onion 1/2 and stir it and then use low flame and add Yogurt and stair it well and then use medium flame and then add Salt and stir it and then add Chicken Stock 2 Glass, Water 2 Glass and then stir it and boiled it and then add Soaked Rice and slightly stir it and cook it on high flame until it’s water dried.

Step 5: After dried the water and then add Kabab and cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your Seekh Kabab Pulao is Ready.
