Ingredients:
Thin Seviyan 400gm
Milk 1/4 Cup
Desi Ghee 1/2 Cup
Sugar 2 Cups
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Coconut 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Yellow (Zarda) Color 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom 4
Cloves 2
Almond for Garnish
Water 2 Cups
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add Desi Ghee and Green Cardamom, Cloves and slightly fry it and then add Seviyan and fry it for 3 minutes on medium to low flame with stir.
Step 2: After that take another pot/pan and add Sugar and Water and cook it on medium to high flame with stir until it’s boiled and sugar melted and then add Yellow (Zarda) Color and stir it and your sugar syrup is ready for Seviyan.
Step 3: Now add this sugar syrup into fried Seviyan and stir it on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and then add milk and stir it and then add Almond, Pistachio, Coconut and then cook it for 5 minutes on very low flame with lid. After that your Seviyan Ka Zarda/Halwa is ready.
