How to make Sfeeha Meat Pies Recipe. A Special Lebanese Recipe by Kitchen With Amna. Sfeeha or Lebanese Meat Pies is a special Lebanese recipe by Amna Riaz with homemade Dough.

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 kg
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.

Step 2: Take a bowl and add Beef Mince, Tomato, Onion, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and mix it well. Your Stuffing is Ready.

Step 3: Now make small size balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it place mince stuffing and then fold it (Watch Video for proper understanding) and follow this and make all Sfeehas and then take a baking tray and grease with oil and then place all the Sfeehas and bake it for 25 minutes on 200c (Your Oven Should be Preheated on 200c for 25 minutes) After that your Sfeeha Meat Pies are Ready.
