Rice 1/2 Kg Soaked for 1/2 Hour
Water 1 Litre
Sugar 1.5 Cups
Ghee 1/2 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
Ashrafi Murabba as you required
Khoya 1 Cup
Chum Chum as you required
Green Cardamom 6
Red Food Color 1/4 tsp
Green Food Color 1/4 tsp
Yellow Food Color 1/4 tsp
Kewra Water 1/4 tsp
Almond 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Coconut 2 tbsp
Boiled Rice Direction:
Take a pot and add water 1 litre and boiled it and then add Soaked Rice and stir it and boiled it on high flame for 5 to 10 minutes. After that Strainer it and dry it.
Step 1: Take 3 small bowls and add 3 Food Colors in each of them and then add some water and mix to each of them and then add boiled rice 1/2 cup in each of them and mix them separately.
Step 2: Now take a pot and add ghee and then add Cloves and Green Cardamom and stir it well and fry it well and then add Almond, Pistachio, Raisin, Coconut and stir it well and slightly fry them and then add sugar and stir it well and then add milk and stir it well and cook it on high flame until it become boiled.
Step 3: After that add remaining white boiled rice and stir it and then add cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 4: After that remove the lid and stir it and add 3 colorful rice and Ashrafi Murabba, Khoya, Kewra Water and cover with lid again and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame.
