Shahi Murgh Recipe. A Easy Chicken Recipe for Eid Special by Kitchen With Amna


Chicken 1 Kg
Yogurt 1 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
Ghee 1 Cup
Onion 3 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 3 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Saffron 1 Pinch (Optional)
Cumin 1 tsp
Green Cardamom 4
Pistachio 1 tbsp
Poppy Seed 1 tbsp
Almond 6
Sesame 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp


Step 1: Take a pan and add Cumin, Green Cardamom, Pistachio, Poppy Seed, Almond, Sesame and slightly roast it and then put it into grinder jar and grind it.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and roasted masala (from step 1) and mix it well and then put chicken and mix it well.

Step 3: Now take a pot and add Ghee and Onion and fry it until it become light brown color. After that add marinated Chicken and stir it and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame with lid. After that remove lid and stir it for 5 minutes on high flame. After that take a bowl and add milk and Saffron and mix it well and put it into chicken and stir it and then add Chopped Green Chilli and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that add Garam Masala Powder, Green Coriander and stir it. Your Shahi Murgh is Ready.
