Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Milk Powder 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and mix it well. Your dry batter is ready.

Step 2: Take another bowl and add 1/2 glass warm milk and add sugar and mix it (melted) well and then add 4 tbsp dry batter (from step 1) and whisk it well and then add remaining dry batter and add remaining 1/2 glass milk and mix it well and make a normal batter not too thin and not too hard.

Step 3: Take a mold and grease with oil/butter and place butter paper and put this batter and set it well and bake it.

Without Oven Baking in Patila/cooker:
Take a pot/cooker and add salt and place a stand and cover with lid and preheat it for 10 minutes on medium flame and then bake it for 1 hour on medium to low flame.

Baking For Oven:
Preheat for 30 minutes on 180c and bake for 30 minutes on 180c.

Step 4: Now cut the bread into slices and rest it until it become into room temperature.

Step 5: Now again take a baking tray and without butter paper and grease, place all bread slices on the tray and then again bake it on Non Preheated Pot/Oven.

Without Oven Baking in Patila/cooker:
Bake it for 20 minutes each side on medium to low flame.

Baking For Oven:
Bake for 10 minutes each side on 180c.

After that your Rusk is Ready.
