Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 Cup
Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mango Powder 1/2 tsp
Water as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Wheat Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Ajwain, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Mango Powder and mix it well and then knead it with water (Dough Should be hard at this time) knead it for 2 minutes. After that add oil and again knead it for 3 to 5 minutes (Now your dough will be normal not too hard and not too soft). Now cover it and rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2: After 15 minutes remove the cover and make small size balls of the dough and then take a ball and spread oil on the kitchen slab and then place a ball and press it and rolling it. Now take a preheated karahi with oil and put this and press it until it become rised well and fry it from both sides. Use same method and fry all Masala Pooriya.
