How to make Soft Tea Cake Recipe Without Oven at Home. A Pound Cake Tea Time Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Ingredients:
- Self-rising flour 2 Cups Or Plain Flour 2 Cup + 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Eggs 4
- Powder Sugar 1+1/2 Cup
- Butter 1+1/4 Cup
- Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Direction/Method:
- Take a large bowl add Butter and beat it for 2 minutes on medium speed and then add sugar powder and beat it for 5 minutes on medium speed. After that add Eggs one by one. Add one egg and beat it for 30 second on medium speed and then add remaing eggs with same procedure. After that add Vanilla Essence and slightly beat. Now add Self-rising flour gradually and beat it slightly. Now your cake batter is ready.
- Now take a cake mold and grease it with oil and put butter paper and then put this cake batter and set it and bake it.
Without Oven Method: Take a patila/Pot and put salt and stand and cover with lid and preheat it for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that put this cake batter mold and bake it for 1 hour on medium to low flame.
Oven Method: Preheat for 30 minutes on 180c and bake for 30 minutes on 180c.

u could use a flax egg.
