Ingredients:
Chickpea Flour 2 Cups
Potatoes 2 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Cumin 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Shangrila Mango Pickle as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chickpea Flour, Chili Flakes, Kasuri Methi, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Ajwain, Salt and mix it well and then add Potatoes, Green Coriander, Onion, Green Chili and add as you required water and mix it well and add Baking Soda and mix it well and then add Shangrila Mango Pickle and mix it well.
Step 2: Now take a karahi and add oil and preheat it and then fry the pakora until they become into golden brown color. Follow this and make all Special Achari Pakoras.
