Ingredients:

  • Chickpea 2 Cups (Boiled)
  • Pakoriyan 1/2 Cup
  • Potatoes 2 (Boiled)
  • Green Chutney as You Required
  • Tamarind Dates Chutney as You Required
  • Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
  • Tomato 1/2 (Chopped)
  • Yogurt 1/2 Kg
  • Papari as You Required
  • Apple 1
  • Banana 2
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Button Red Chilli 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Green Chutney:

  • Green Coriander 1 Punch
  • Mint 1 Punch
  • Green Chili 8
  • Tamarind Pulp 1/4 Cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 2 Cloves

Ingredients for Dates and Tamarind Chutney:

  • Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
  • Dates 10 (Soaked for 1 Hour in 1/2 Cup Water)
  • Brown Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Ginger Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tsp
  • Button Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (Crushed and Roasted)
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
