Spicy Chicken Tawa Boti


Boneless Chicken 1 KG
Tomato 3 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Lemon 1
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1/4 Cup


Step 1: Take a pan/tawa and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and fry it and then add Boneless Chicken and stir it and cook it on medium flame until it’s color becomes white. After that add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and stir it well on medium to low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 2: After that add Tomato, Green Coriander, Green Chili, Lemon and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it well and turn off the flame and serve it. Your Tawa Chicken Boti is Ready.
