Spicy Chana Dal Namkeen at Home How to make Chana Dal Namkeen by Kitchen With Amna
- Chana Dal 2 Cups Soaked (add 1/4 tsp soda and Soaked for Overnight)
- Lemon Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
- Black Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cotton Cloth
- Step 1: First of all Dry Chana dal with Cotton cloth and then deep fry it. (Oil Should be Fully Heated and use High Flame all time).
- Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Lemon Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Red Chili Powder and mix it well and Sprinkle this Masala Powder and mix it well and then rest it until it become into room temperature and then store it into container for 2 months.
