Basmati Rice 1/2 kg (Soaked for 30 minutes)
Peas 1 Cup
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 5
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
whole garam masala (Bay leaf 1, Star Anise 1, Black Pepper 6, Black Cardamom 1, Cloves 4)
Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and add Onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that add Cumin, whole garam masala and stir it and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Tomato, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and stir it and add 2 tbsp water and stir it and then cover with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: After that remove the lid and add Chicken Mince and stir it and then add Peas and stir it on high flame for 5 minutes. After that add 1 cup water and stir it and then add Green Chilli and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After 5 minutes remove lid and stir it on high flame and then add 1 liter/4 glass water and stir it and boiled it on high flame and then add Soaked Rice and stir it and cook it of high flame until it’s water dry.
Step 4: After that remove lid and stir it and add Garam Masala Powder and cover with lid and cook it on low flame for 15 minutes. After that your Mater Keema Pulao is Ready.
