Plain Flour 1+1/2 Cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as you required
Egg Batter Ingredients:
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil as you required
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it and then add Ghee and mix it well and then knead it with water. After that cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: After that make balls of the dough and then again cover it for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Now take a glass and put 2 eggs and add Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Green Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli Powder (as you required or half from above the ingredients quantity) and then beat it with fork.
Step 4: Now take a dough ball and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and then place a ball and press it and then rolling it and put on the preheated tawa and cook one side and then turn it and cook second side and wait until it’s rise and then cut it from the edge and fill it with egg batter (from Step 3) and then spread with oil and cook it until egg is cooked. Now your Stuffed Egg Paratha is Ready.
