Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required
Stuffing Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Black Olives 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 2 (Chopped)
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Ketchup 1/4 Cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Oregano as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add Oil and Garlic and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Chicken and stir it on medium flame until it become into white color and then add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and stir it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame and then add Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Chilli Flakes, Black Olives, Ketchup, Oregano and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame and then rest it until it become into room temperature and then add Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and mix it well. Your Stuffing is Ready.
Step 3: Now make small balls of the dough and then take a baking tray and grease with oil and then take a dough ball and press it and stuff the chicken from step 2 and then bind it well. Follow this and make all ball and set it on the baking tray and sprinkle Chilli Flakes, Oregano. Now bake it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame or 200c for oven.
