How to make Stuffed Shimla Mirch Recipe With Chicken Mince Stuffing

Stuffing Ingredients:

Capsicum 6
Chicken Mince 500 gms
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 6 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 Cup
Water 1 Cup

Gravy Ingredients:

Tomato 4 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Water 2 Cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Remaining Stuffing

Direction:

Step 1: Cut the all Capsicums from the head and then remove all seeds from it.

Step 2: Take a pot and add Chicken Mince and then add 1 Cup Water and then add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Button Red Chilli, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Onion 1/2 and stir it and then add Oil 1/4 Cup and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. After that remove lid and add remaining 1/2 chopped onion and add 6 chopped Green Chillis and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After that remove lid and then stir it on high flame for 1 minute. Now your stuffing is Ready.

Step 3: Now fill the all Capsicums with this above (Step 2) Stuffing.

Step 4: Now take a pot and add Oil 1/2 Cup and add Chopped Onion and slightly fry it until it become into light pink color. After that add Red Chilli Powder and stir it and then add Salt and stir it and then add Tomatos and stir it for 1 minute and then add 1 cup water and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Step 5: After that remove the lid and stir it and slightly meshed it and then add remaining stuffing (from Step 2) and stir it and then add 1 cup water and place all stuffed Capsicums and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove lid and turn off the flame and dish out it. Your Stuffed Capsicums is Ready.
