Chaat Ingredients:
Pasta 2 Cups
Boiled Potato 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Chutney Ingredients:
Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp
Black Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot and add water as you required and add salt 1 tsp and add oil 1 tbsp and stir it and add Pasta and boil it on medium flame for 10 minutes. After that your Pasta is boiled.
Step 2: Now take a sauce pan and add Tamarind Pulp and add Ginger Powder, Black Salt, Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder, Brown Sugar and stir it on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that your chutney is ready.
Step 3: Now take a large bowl and add boiled pasta and then add Boiled Potato, Tomato, Onion and add Chutney and mix it well and then sprinkle Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice, Green Coriander, Green Chili. Now your Pasta Chaat is Ready.
