Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese Grated (as you required)
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.
Step 2: Take a pan and add oil and preheat it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it and then add Chicken Mince and stir it well on medium flame until it become into white color and then add Salt, Chilli Flakes, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well and then add Onion and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and add Tomato Ketchup and stir it and turn off the flame and rest it.
Step 4: Now sprinkle dry flour on kitchen slab and rolling the dough and cut it into cross style (Watch video for proper understanding) and then take a baking tray and grease with oil and then place all dough slices and then place mince Stuffing from step 2 and then sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese Grated and then fold/roll them (Watch video for proper understanding) and then brush with egg and then bake it.
Oven: Preheat your oven for 30 minutes on 200c and then bake it for 20 to 30 minutes on 200c.
Without Oven: Preheat the pot for 10 minutes on medium flame and then bake for 30 to 40 minutes on medium to low flame.
After that your Taco Crescent Ring is ready.
