Ingredients:

Milk 2 Glass
Sugar 3 tbsp
Black Tea 2 tsp
Fennel 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom 4 tbsp
Water 1/2 Glass
1 Clay Pot

Direction:

Step 1: Take a Clay Pot and preheat it on a stove from both sides on medium flame for 30 minutes (15 minutes each side)

Step 2: And take a pan/pot and add Milk and 1/2 glass water and boiled it on medium flame.

Step 3: After that add Black Tea, Fennel, Green Cardamom, Sugar and stir it and cook it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes. After that your Tea is ready.

Step 4: Now go for Clay Pot and turn off the flame now and take a empty pot/pan and place this preheated Clay Pot and put tea in this clay pot gradually and rest it only 1 minute. You will see the tea bubbling and that’s due the extreme heat the clay pot absorbed. and then your tandoori tea is ready. Serve it into clay cup or any Cups.
