Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup
Water as you required
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Stuffing Ingredients:
Boiled and Shredded Chicken 250 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Ketchup 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Eggs 3
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Wheat Flour, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with water (make soft dough) and first knead it for 2 minutes and then add oil and knead it for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Now take a pan and use medium flame and add 1 tbsp oil and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it and then add Cumin and slightly fry it and then add Green Chilli and stir it and then add Boiled and Shredded Chicken and stir it and then use low flame and add Onion, Salt, Cumin, Coriander Powder, Green Coriander, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder and stir it well and then add Ketchup and mix it well and turn off the flame. Your Stuffing is Ready.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add egg and add 1 pinch salt and beat it and take a tawa and put 1 tbsp oil and preheat it and then put the egg and fry it from both sides. Follow this method for all 3 eggs and make 3 omelettes and cut it into 2 parts and make 6 parts of 3 omelettes.
Step 4: Now spread oil on kitchen slab and take some dough and make a small ball and press it on slab and thin it with hands and make a square shape too thin bread and then place 1 slice of egg and then place chicken filling and then roll it. Make all rolls with this method.
Step 5: Now take a tawa and put oil as you required and preheat it and then fry all tawa chicken rolls. After that Your tawa chicken rolls are ready.
