Mutton Liver 1/2 Kg
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed)
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp (Crushed)
Oil 1/4 Cup
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Mutton Liver, Vinegar and mix it well and then add Ginger Garlic and mix it well and then add Cumin, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Seeds and mix it well and cover it and rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2: After that take a Tawa/pan and add oil and preheat it and then add Mutton Liver and stir it on medium flame for 10 minutes and then add salt and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Green Chilli and stir it and turn off the flame and your Tawa Fry kaleji is Ready.
