How to make Tawa Keema Recipe. A Special Ramadan Recipe by Kitchen With Amna


Beef Mince 250 gms
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomatoes 2 (Chopped)
Kasuri Methi 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp


Step 1: Take a Tawa/Pan and add oil and Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly cook it and add Beef Mince and cook it with stir on high flame until its color changed and then add Tomatoes and stir it and cover it with lid and Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After 5 minutes remove lid and add salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and stir it for 1 minute and then add Onion, Chopped Green Chilli and stir it and cover it with lid and cook for 25 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 3: After that Remove lid and add Chopped Ginger and stir it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes and turn off flame. Your Tawa Keema is Ready.
