Turkish Adana Kebab

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Kabab Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Garlic 4 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

Onion,Tomato, Green Coriander as you required
Salt 1 Pinch
Black Pepper Powder 1 Pinch
Chili Garlic Sauce as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: Now take a Chopper Machine and add Beef Mince and chopped it well and then add Onion, Green Coriander, Capsicum, Tomato, Garlic, Salt, Coriander Powder, Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder and chopped it well. Now make kabab and shallow fry them. After that your kababs are ready.

Step 3: Now make small balls of the dough and rolling them and cook on tawa/pan and make roti/breads. Follow this and make all roti/breads.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Onion,Tomato, Green Coriander as you required, Salt 1 Pinch, Black Pepper Powder 1 Pinch and mix it well. Your Salad is ready.

Step 5: Now take a bread/roti and place a kabab and then place salad and then add Chili Garlic Sauce and roll it. Follow this and make all Rolls. Your Turkish Adana Kebab With Bread are Ready.
