Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Warm Water as you required
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken Filling Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Other Filling Ingredients:
Iceberg Lettuce as you required (Chopped)
Tomato as you required (Chopped)
Onion Chopped as you required
Chinese Carrot as you required (Chopped)
Mayonnaise as you required
Tomato Ketchup as you required
Shawarma Bread Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2: After that make balls of the dough and then rolling a ball and make roti/bread and put on the tawa/pan and cook it from both sides. Follow this and make all breads. Now your Shawarma Breads are ready.
Chicken Filling Direction:
Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Salt, Paprika Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, White Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Oil and mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes. After that take a pan and put this chicken and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that remove the lid and stir it well on high flame for 2 minutes. Now your chicken filling is ready.

Now take a bread and place chicken and then place Iceberg Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Chinese Carrot, Mayonnaise, Tomato Ketchup and roll it. Follow this and make all Turkish Chicken Shawarmas.
