Chicken 1/2 Kg
Yogurt 1 Cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Milk 1/4 Cup
Medium Onion 2 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Almond 10
Green Chilli 4
Bay Leaf 1
Cinnamon 1
Black Cardamom 1
Green Cardamom 3
Cloves 4
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp


Step 1: Take a pot and add Oil and preheat it and then add Onion and fry it until it’s become light pink color (Do not fry it more) After that Strainer it and put it into a bowl and rest it until it become into room temperature.

Step 2: Now take a large bowl and add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice and mix it and rest it for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Now take a grinder jar and add fry onion from step 1 and add Yogurt, Milk, Poppy Seeds, Almond, Green Chilli and grind it well. Your Paste is Ready.

Step 4: Now go to the pot where we fried the onion. Use this remaining oil and preheat it again and add Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cloves and stir it and slightly fry it and then put the marinated chicken from step 2 and then stir it and cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 5: After that add Cumin Powder, White Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and stir it and then use low flame and add paste from step 3 and stir it and cover it with lid and cook it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 6: After that remove the lid and stir it and then turn off the flame and add Cream and stir it. Your White Chicken Korma is Ready.
