Sponge Cake Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Eggs 4
Powder Sugar 1 Cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Icing Ingredients:
Whipped Cream as you required
White Cooking Chocolate as you required (Grated)
White Cooking Chocolate 1/2 Cup (Melted for Cream)
Cherries 1/2 Cup
Direction:
Step 1: Take 2 bowls and separate the egg white and egg yolk and then first beat the egg white and add Powder Sugar 2/3 cup gradually and beat it well. Beat it well until it becomes creamy. After that beat the egg yolk and add Powder Sugar 1/4 cup gradually and slightly beat it and then add beaten egg white and mix both of them and add Vanilla Essence and mix it well. Now take a bowl and strainer Plain Flour and Baking Powder and mix it well and put gradually into beaten eggs and fold it slightly. Now your Cake batter is ready and take a cake mould and grease with oil and put the cake batter and bake it into pot/oven for 25 minutes on medium to low flame or 180c. Your Oven should be preheat for 30 minutes on 180c or your pot should be preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: Now your cake sponge is ready. Rest it until it becomes into room temperature. Now take a bowl and add White Cooking Chocolate 1/2 Cup and add 2 tbsp whipped cream and melt it into microwave and mix it well and cool it and put into whipped cream and mix it well. After that cut the cake it into 3 slices and take a slice and spread whipped cream and then put Cherries and place second cake slice and again spread cream and Cherries and place 3rd cake slice and then cover with whipped cream and sprinkle grated White Cooking Chocolate and decorating with Cherries.
