White Mutton Pulao Recipe. Bakra Eid Recipes by Kitchen With Amna

Mutton Stock Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Cumin 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf 2
Cinnamon 2
Star Anise 1
Cloves 6
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Black Cardamom 2
Black Pepper 20
Green Cardamom 4
Salt 2 tsp
Small Onion 1/2
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic Cloves 6
Water 8 Glass

White Pulao Ingredients:

Rice 2 Glass or 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 Medium Size (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 6
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder 1 tsp
Mutton Stock 4 Glass


Step 1: Take a pot and add Mutton and then add Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Salt, Small Onion, Ginger, Garlic Cloves and add Water 8 Glass and first cook it for 5 minutes on high flame and then use low flame and cook it further for 30 minutes with lid. After that turn off the flame and then strainer it.

Step 2: Now take another pot and add Oil and heat it and then add onion and fry it until it become into light brown color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it on medium flame and then add Green Chilli (Cut into Center) and stir it and then add boiled mutton and add cumin, Nutmeg and Mace Powder and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes. After that use low flame and add yogurt and stir it and use medium flame and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Step 3: After that add 4 Glass Mutton Stock and stir it and cook it on high flame until it’s boiled and then add soaked rice and slightly stir it and then cook it on high flame until it’s water dried. After that add garam masala and slightly stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. After that Your White Mutton Pulao is Ready.
